Meet the Band

Fronted by guitarist and composer Dave Mascall, Acid Lounge Live is a powerhouse six-piece band that fuses original Acid Lounge tracks with timeless soul and jazz-funk classics. Dave’s virtuosity on guitar sets the tone, weaving silky, George Benson–inspired lines through every performance. His passion for soul and jazz began at just 14 and has taken him across the globe. Over the years, Dave has performed and recorded with international legends such as Sister Sledge, The Trammps, Jean Carn, The Real Thing, Odyssey, and Junior Walker. His own compositions—including the UK Soul Chart top-10 hit Clap Your Hands—have earned acclaim and a loyal following.

• Julia Quinn – delivering smooth, soulful lead vocals that light up the room.
• Anita Carmichael – bringing rich, expressive tones on saxophone.
